COSTA provides tailor-made training and community development support services to groups and organisations. As one of the 1 Rural Support Networks(RSNs)in Northern Ireland we provide a range of tailor-made training, support, and services to suit needs.

Most of our training and support is delivered directly by COSTA and some is delivered by COSTA via external organisations and partnership working arrangements.

As a Rural Support Network we have 5 key aims: 1. Empower the Voice of Rural Communities. 2. Champion Excellence in rural Community Development Practice. 3. Develop Civic Leadership in rural communities. 4. Actively work towards an Equitable and Peaceful society. 5. Promote the Sustainable Development of rural communities.

COSTA is an Independent Community Organisation that is supported and Networked with the other 9 Rural Support Networks (RSNs)by Rural Community Network (RCN) - to promote the independent voice of rural Northern Ireland.

COSTA is funded by the Department of Agriculture & Rural Development through Rural Development Programme, via the Rural Community Network NI, and Dungannon & South Tyrone Borough Council.
